Refund Policy
How app-store purchases, cancellations and refund requests are handled.
App Store Purchases
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for MBLEx Study Prep are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. We do not directly process app store payments and cannot guarantee refund approval.
Google Play Purchases
For purchases made through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Google Play under Google’s policies. MBLEx Study Prep cannot approve, deny, or override Google’s refund decisions.
Apple App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Apple under Apple’s policies. MBLEx Study Prep cannot approve, deny, or override Apple’s refund decisions.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing date through the app store where the subscription started. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for a processed charge.
Lifetime Purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Refund eligibility follows the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
Refunded or Revoked Purchases
Premium access may be removed if a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or revoked by Google Play, Apple, or a payment provider. Contact the applicable app store if you believe this occurred in error.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through Google Play order history or support for Google Play purchases, or through Apple’s Report a Problem flow for App Store purchases. Approval, denial, and timing are determined by the relevant app store.
