Refund Policy

Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for MBLEx Study Prep are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. This page explains how refund and cancellation flows work for both Google Play and the Apple App Store, and how premium access is affected when a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or revoked.
App Store Purchases
MBLEx Study Prep is offered through app store distribution. Premium purchases — whether subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases — are processed by the app store on which the purchase is made. We do not directly process app store payments and cannot guarantee refund approval.
The applicable refund and billing rules depend on which app store handled the purchase:
- If you purchased through Google Play, Google Play's billing and refund rules apply.
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple's billing and refund rules apply.
Google Play Purchases
For purchases made through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Google Play. Refund eligibility follows Google Play's policies, which Google may update from time to time. MBLEx Study Prep does not directly process Google Play payments and cannot approve, deny, or override Google's refund decisions.
Google Play access for MBLEx Study Prep may be provided by invitation before public availability. Public store links will be added on the website only once they are confirmed.
Apple App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled through Apple. Refund eligibility follows Apple's App Store policies, which Apple may update from time to time. MBLEx Study Prep does not directly process Apple payments and cannot approve, deny, or override Apple's refund decisions.
The Apple App Store version is being prepared. App Store access will be added after approval. When available through the App Store, refund and billing handling will follow Apple's standard policies.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing date through the app store where the subscription was started. Cancellation stops future renewals from being charged but does not automatically issue a refund for a charge that has already been processed.
Cancellation is managed inside your app store account — Google Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play, and Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS or Mac.
Lifetime Purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Refund eligibility for a lifetime purchase still follows the policies of the app store where the purchase was made (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
Refunded or Revoked Purchases
Premium access may be removed if a lifetime purchase, subscription, or other premium purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or revoked by Google Play, Apple, or the payment provider. This applies whether the change is initiated by you, by the app store, or by the underlying payment provider.
If your premium access is removed for one of these reasons and you believe this is in error, please contact the app store where the purchase was made. We may be able to assist with general support questions, but we cannot directly restore access for purchases that have been refunded, reversed, charged back, or revoked at the app store or payment-provider level.
How to Request a Refund
Because refunds are processed by the app store where the purchase was made, refund requests should be submitted directly to that app store:
- If you purchased through Google Play, submit your refund request through Google Play's order history or support flow.
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store, submit your refund request through Apple's "Report a Problem" flow or your Apple App Store purchase history.
MBLEx Study Prep does not directly process app store payments and cannot guarantee refund approval. Approval, denial, and timing of refunds are determined by the relevant app store under its own policies.
