By accessing or using the MBLEx Study Prep website, apps, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or apps.

MBLEx Study Prep is provided for educational and study-preparation purposes only. It is not an official licensing authority, testing agency, or certification body, and it does not guarantee passing exam results, licensure, employment, or any professional outcome.
No Professional Advice
Website and app content is intended for general educational use. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some app features may require account access, premium purchases, or platform-based subscriptions. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under that platform’s rules. We do not directly process payment information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. MBLEx Study Prep cannot approve or guarantee refunds. Subscriptions may be canceled through the applicable app store account. See the Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or apps, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, or use the services in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Website and app content, including text, layout, branding, graphics, study materials, and related assets, is owned by or licensed to MBLEXEXAMPREP unless otherwise stated. Protected materials may not be republished, sold, distributed, or used to create derivative works without permission.
